Custom domain checklist
Follow DNS, ownership and SSL verification to connect your own eSIM store hostname safely.
Choose the hostname
Use a hostname you control, such as esim.example.com. Keep the existing website on its own hostname. Your platform subdomain can serve the store while verification is pending.
Copy the required records
The domain settings page shows the customer CNAME target and any ownership or certificate TXT records. Copy the values from that store record, not from a screenshot or another store.
Check the result
Use the reload or status-check action after DNS changes. DNS propagation and certificate issuance can take time. Both ownership and SSL status must be active before treating the domain as ready.
Make it primary
Once healthy, mark the domain primary and check several storefront paths. Public platform-subdomain traffic redirects to that primary hostname while administration stays on the platform app.
If verification fails
Check for conflicting DNS records and confirm the exact hostname. Keep the platform address available and contact support with status information, not account credentials.
