eSIM and installation
An eSIM is a downloadable SIM profile used on a compatible device. A QR code or activation details install that profile. Installing a profile and starting plan validity are not always the same event; check the package terms.
Data allowance and validity
Data allowance describes the volume included. Validity describes the time window specified by the plan. Unlimited does not automatically mean unlimited speed or unrestricted usage; review fair-use details when provided.
Local and regional plans
A local plan usually targets a country. A regional or global label groups destinations, but coverage must be checked against the actual package list rather than inferred from the name.
Wholesale and retail
Wholesale buying price is the store cost of the eSIM. Retail price is the amount charged to the customer. Their difference is gross spread before other costs.
Markup, margin and contribution
Markup divides gross spread by cost; margin divides it by selling price. Contribution deducts modeled variable costs such as processing and acquisition. None alone establishes net business profit.
Store balance and B2B wallet
Store balance funds wholesale purchases. A B2B customer wallet belongs to a customer account inside a store. These are separate ledgers with different owners.
