Questions before you open a store
The storefront is free to use, while sales depend on funded wholesale supply and your configured supported payment account.
Do I need a separate supply account?
No. The platform manages the package catalog and fulfillment. Your store gets a wholesale plan and a prepaid balance.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, after hostname ownership, DNS and SSL checks are active. You can sell from the platform subdomain while the custom hostname is being prepared.
Which gateways work?
Whish Money is the only external gateway integrated today. Eligible business customers may also use their store wallet. Merchant account approval is separate.
Is the eSIM data free?
No. Free refers to storefront access, not wholesale packages, payment-provider charges or your own domain registration.
