Platform and store accounts
The application uses account details for authentication and store management. Storefront customer records, orders and transactions are associated with the relevant store. Contact the merchant named on your order about that store relationship.
Payment and order records
Payment providers process checkout under their own terms. The platform keeps payment references and order records needed for verification and reconciliation. Never send card data or passwords through a support message.
Essential session storage
The application uses session cookies to keep authenticated users signed in and to protect form submissions. Disabling those cookies may prevent account and checkout workflows from working.
Requests and further details
Use the platform contact path for platform account questions, or your merchant for store customer questions. Retention periods, legal entity details and jurisdiction-specific notices require confirmation from the operator; this page does not invent them.
