What the platform connects
MyEsimStore manages the supply connection and shared package catalog behind the scenes. Merchants do not need to configure a separate upstream account to use the hosted storefront.
What is not a public API
Internal application endpoints serve the storefront and administration flows. They are not a supported merchant provisioning API, and should not be used as an undocumented integration contract.
Bring an integration brief
For a booking engine, mobile app or existing checkout, describe authentication, volume, payment ownership, delivery, refund handling and support responsibilities. Contact the platform team before promising an integration to customers.

Link to the branded storefront from an itinerary, website or customer email. Custom domains and merchant-owned payment accounts provide a connected customer journey without a bespoke API build.
